What do I do if I have an issue with my order?
Since all our products are fulfilled by Amazon, you will need to contact them directly within 30 days to resolve the issue. There are two ways to do this.

Do you have other sizes or products available?
At this time, all the inventory we have in stock is listed on Amazon. Please check our website and Amazon for new products and size offerings. If you don’t see it on Amazon, it is not currently available.
What if I want to order in bulk or order fasteners not available on Amazon?
We require wholesale orders be a minimum of $5,000 per PO. We can source and black oxidize any stainless steel or low carbon steel fastener you need, with a minimum order of 150 pounds per size. Lead times are currently around 7-10 weeks.
